With Gridcast’s hardware service and support plan, you
will receive up-and-running monitoring, telephone, electronic
support, and onsite hardware service. Gridcast support
team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The
Gridcast solution is equipped with a monitoring module
that automatically emails and pages a Gridcast technician
if any interruptions occur. This service is included in
the annual maintenance fee of all Gridcast solutions.
With Gridcast’s software service, support and monitoring
plan, you will be assured that your creative advertising
content remains continuous and uninterrupted. A technician
will monitor the Gridcast Solution 24 hours a day 7 days
a week via proprietary software. Similar to the alert
module used for the solutions hardware, our software also
includes an automated alert system that automatically
informs the technician of any player interruptions. This
service is included in the annual maintenance fee of all
software.
